1. Shipping
Customers pay for the actual shipping amount.
We ship orders by UPS Ground or UPS 3 Day Select or UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
Not available in HI, AK and PR (It will be shipped by USPS Express mail.)
UPS does not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address.
Most orders ship in 24 hours (same or next business day).

2. Delivery
If Items are in stock, we may be delivered immiediately;however, it depends on the
inventory flow, orders may require manufacturing also. If product from orders required manufacturing, please allow approximately 2 weeks for AIR SHIPMENT and 4 weeks for SEA SHIPMENT before we attempt to deliver the order. And the days customers will receive their orders, It depends on the shipping services that the customers choosed.

3. Tax Certificate
Domestic Tax certificate is required to purchase from Eswanny Corporation. For foreign
country customers, their passports are required. Otherwise, 8.875% of NYC sales tax will be applied to the purchases.

4. Return Policy
All merchandises are final sale. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE.
For broken merchandise during transit by carriers, we provide free repair or exchange products, customers need to INFORM US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY RECEIVED the products, and have ours authorization for any return products, it is customers responsible the shipping fee of the return products.
If customer returns the merchandise, it is not for quality problem, we will charge 25% restocking fee of returning merchandise amount from customer, it is customer responsible the shipping fee of the return products. Customer must email us to get a return authorization for any  return before ship out the merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorization returns will receive our store credit.

5. Order cancellation or change
All changes or cancellations must be informed us within 24 hours from the day the

6. If your shipping address and billing address is different, you must to fill out a "Credit Card authorization form" to us, You don't need to do it again for your next order, if you use the same "Credit Card authorization form" information.

7. Business day delivery service excludes holidays & weekends.

8. Customers will be responsible for custom duties & taxes.

9. We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your total.

10. It will be billed and shipped to the same address only.

11. International orders will be shipped by USPS Express mail (EMS).

12. Shipping & Handling charges for international orders vary by weight and destinations.

13. If you ordered "Out of Stock" items, we will exclude them from your order and you will not be charged for out of stock items.

14. If you choose Paypal payment method, we must follow your Paypal shipping address, it is not follow the your shipping address in our web site.
