1. How to order online?
To begin you must create an account, please click on "Create Account" at the top of right hand side of the screen, then fill all * Required Information, then click the "Continue"
button to create an new account. After you have created an account, you can purchase our products immediately. Thereafter you can go to "Sign In" at the top right hand side of the screen. It is next to the "Create Account", and login your account by entering the registered email address along with the password you entered when you created an account. Once logged in, you will see product prices and quantity of items available along with "add to cart"
button under the product's picture. After finishing your selection, click on "Check Out" button
at the top right hand side of the screen. That will send you to the shopping cart where you can check that each item has the correct quantity you want, you can also update quantities or remove items by clicking "update" button
on the top or bottom in Shopping Cart. If you check that all item information is correct, you can click on "Check out" button
on the top or bottom in the Shopping Cart and select the shipping and payment method you want, and then click "Continue" button
at the bottom right hand side of Delivery Information Page and Payment Information Page. Then click on "Confirm Order" button
in the bottom of right hand side of "Order Confirmation Page". (Make sure you only click "confirm order" button once.) You will receive an order confirmation email if you placed your order successfully within 5 minutes.
2. How to track my order?
First, login at http://www.eswanny.com by entering the registered email address along with the password. Then click on "My Account" button on top right hand side of the page. You will see your last three orders. If you want to view more orders, click on "Show all order". We would send UPS tracking number to your email address that when you registered on our website after your orders have shipped.
3. Can I fax in my order?
We prefer all orders be submitted via the Internet. Our site is completely secure and Internet orders are much easier and faster for us to process. If necessary you can also, e-mail your order to sales@eswanny.com Thank you!
4.How often do we update the products price and inventory for the website?
We update products, prices and inventory for the website every night via an automatic program. As a result, the accuracy of price and inventory is pretty high; however, since the inventory is not displayed in real time, some of the products that the customers ordered might sell out after the orders are placed. We understand that is very annoying but inventory can change so unexpectedly because of customer demand. We are sorry about that!
